Shipping origin

All orders are shipped from Duffel, Belgium (2570).

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to EU countries.

Processing time

We aim to prepare and hand over orders for shipment within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times (estimated)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

·      Belgium: 1–3 business days after dispatch

·      Outside Belgium (EU): 3–5 business days after dispatch

Shipping costs

·      Belgium: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

·      Other EU destinations: Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

Order tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery address accuracy

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an address is incomplete or incorrect, delivery may be delayed or returned to sender. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we may need to charge additional shipping costs to resend it.

Damaged parcels, missing items, or delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at Anna.Fel@aureliaonline.eu with:

·      Your order number

·      Photos of the outer packaging and the product(s) (for damage claims)

·      A short description of the issue

We will work with you to find a fair solution in line with applicable consumer rights and carrier procedures.
